August 2021-ongoing

Work contribution
I took lead in organising workshops where I introduced UX practices and trends internally within the company. Worked closely with clients to provide them with responsive user centred websites for their customers.
I was involved in launching the company's website builder, this consisted the process of testing and improving it. The interface was first prototyped on Figma and then designed on Wordpress.
The main goal of the website builder was that it is accessible for clients once their websites go live.

Project

New website for Happy Bodies
Empathize
Previous website

The client requested a new website that generates a lot of leads and focuses on improving its user experience as their previous website was outdated.
Based on research it was found that new customer/visitors struggled getting a membership as it wasn't shown clear enough on the website.
Concepting/protoype
From the research that was carried out, I looked into the competitors of Happy Bodies and Google analytics.
I first started with wireframing and then a concept design I created for the Happy Bodies website as part of the their design process. Also, looking at their brand identity.

Stylescapes for HPM's new website
I followed a design process to redesign HPM's website, as part of the process I created three stylescapes to identify different users, brand identity and goal. The stylescapes also show different choice of colours and font that fit a particular theme.
